    Helix Embedded

    Founded and operate an embedded systems consultancy providing architecture, firmware development, and product development support to hardware startups. Mentor embedded engineering students and early-stage companies, combining hands-on technical delivery with strategic sparring and long-term capability building.

    Hardware Engineering Techical Lead

    Tector

    Lead the end-to-end development of low-power IoT sensors across electronics, firmware, and mechanics, from concept through certification and production. Own project lifecycle management, quality assurance strategy, and supplier coordination to ensure reliable, production-ready hardware delivered on schedule.

    Embedded Systems Technical Lead

    Donkey Republic

    Led hardware and firmware architecture for a bike control system across four major projects, acting as Product Owner from concept to production. Established scalable production test systems for 10k+ units, managed supply chain relationships, and drove large-scale firmware refactoring to improve maintainability and long-term product quality.
